Take more of the fruits and vegetable which do not contain cholesterol. Lower your cholesterol levels through exercises, if you can, stop smoking and alcohol consumption should be reduced.
Know that even if you do not take in cholesterol, the liver would process one which is enough for your body to function well. Keep cholesterol at a balanced level, if not the amount of cholesterol the liver produces will be lowered and this will cause your liver to suffer.
